Why shall I use tinned and hexagon pressed cables?
When copper is exposed to oxygen, the copper is oxidized and form copper oxide. The copper oxide is green and acts as an insulator. It prevents the power from coming out, and is a disaster for the charging.
A tin layer on the copper strands protects against the oxygen, and causes the copper to stay fresh longer. Therefore, we offer a wide range of tinned products.
To protect the cable, the pressing is critical. Pressing tools, cable lugs and the cable must fit together. With hexagonal pressing, the strands are being pressed in a way that prevents oxygen to oxidizes the cable.
We have the quality products needed to make the best pressings and ensure that you do not regain the job of improving your power system next season.
